The Tecnoil TC 220 MPI is an industrial vacuum cleaner designed to suck, filter, and separate coolant liquids, emulsions, and metal chips, allowing liquid reuse and improved machine maintenance.
It can vacuum coolant liquids, emulsions, and metal chips (swarf) at the same time, and separate solids from liquids for recycling or disposal.
The machine has a liquid tank capacity of about 58 gallons (220 L) and a solids sieve grid basket capacity of around 11 gallons (40 L).
A submerged pump allows rapid discharge of the filtered liquid and enables simultaneous vacuuming and discharge operations.
It uses three independent single-phase bypass motors for powerful suction, a floating device to stop suction when the tank is full, and a 3D SuperWeb polypropylene filter for liquid protection.
The TC 220 MPI reduces machine downtime and maintenance costs by recovering valuable coolant or oil, reducing disposal needs, and speeding up cleaning tasks in workshops and CNC environments.
