PHARMA 40 DC

The Pharma 40 DC is a compact, silent, and safe dust containment solution for the direct extraction on machinery of HPAPI ingredients (OEB4 – OEB5). Its powerful, and maintenance-free side channel blower makes it suitable for continuous duty. Both Pharma 40 DC models (Pharma 40.30 DC and Pharma 40.40 DC) have been designed with the goal of making maintenance and cleaning operations simple and safe, in conformity with GMP standards, to always protect operators. There is no dust accumulation point, thus ensuring maximum hygiene and safety. The models are mirror polished AISI 316 stainless steel for parts in contact with powder; AISI 304 stainless steel for the remaining parts of the structure. Both disassembly and maintenance operations are made easy thanks to the clamp connections that keep single units together. The Pharma 40DC has installed an absolute filter H14 with BIBO type replacement, which allows the filter replacement while preventing the operators to move to the technical room. Finally, it is possible to install 2 additional HEPA absolute filters with BIBO filter replacement. For sure, safety is the most striking feature for this dust containment solution.
