The Pharma 20 is one of the most versatile and performing solutions for the safe vacuuming of active pharmaceutical ingredients up to OEB3 (API). Fully compliant with the GMP standards, this model can guarantee the highest performance levels while safeguarding workers’ health. The powerful three-phase side channel blower (3.0 HP) has a pressure relief valve fitted to protect the motor. The antistatic class M star filter provides a large filtering surface and total resistance to dust passage. Cleaning the filter is very simple and effective thanks to the manual and external shaking system placed at the top of the motorhead. It is also possible to add an extra level of filtration with a Hepa filter for dust particles up to 0.18 microns with 99.995% efficiency. This is the best way to ensure the purity of the air reinserted into the working environment. The canister is in AISI304 stainless steel, satin-finished outside and polished inside, for the perfect flowing of the material and the maximum hygiene. It is possible to use disposable filter bags to collect and dispose of the material safely. The unit is entirely made of painted steel, except for the canister. On request, other parts of the vacuum cleaner can be made of AISI304 stainless steel, with the polishing of the parts in contact with the vacuumed material. The Atex Z22 certified version of the unit is available on request.
