The ESD.SEP-0494 is a compact cyclonic pre-separator designed for use with an industrial vacuum. It increases collection capacity, reduces the amount of material reaching the filter, and minimizes the risk of material reaching the motor head, thereby extending the vacuum’s service life.

It helps prevent filter clogging, improves suction performance, and prolongs the vacuum motor’s lifespan by capturing most of the material before it reaches the vacuum.

The unit is built entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel for durability and long-lasting performance in industrial environments.

The container can collect up to 5.3 gallons (20 liters) of material.

Yes. The cyclone is coated with an antistatic treatment and the unit includes grounding for safer use in the most demanding applications.

It comes with two 2” (50 mm) inlets, making it easy to connect to common industrial vacuum hoses and accessories.
