The DG 70 PN is an industrial vacuum designed for collecting large quantities of dry dust, especially fine dust that tends to clog filters. The reverse pulse system enables continuous work with minimal interruptions.
The “PN” refers to the automatic reverse air pulse filter cleaning system that actively and systematically cleans the high-surface cartridge filters during operation, helping maintain suction without manual intervention.
It is constructed with powder-coated steel and equipped with a side channel blower designed for continuous use (maintenance-free for long periods). The unit also features a removable collection tank and a pressure relief valve.
DG 70 PN is fitted with antistatic Class M polyester cartridge filters with a large surface area. These filters are cleaned automatically by the reverse pulse system, helping keep performance consistent even with clogging dust.
The DG 70 PN operates on three-phase power (230/460 V), delivers around 600 m³/h airflow and up to 2800 mmH₂O vacuum, and uses a 26-gallon (≈100 L) roll-out container for easy emptying.
It is particularly effective in sectors like construction, cement factories and surface treatment operations, or any setting where fine dust is generated in large quantities and continuous extraction is needed.
