The DG 300 HD PN is a heavy-duty three-phase industrial vacuum designed for handling very large volumes of dry dust in continuous industrial applications. It is particularly effective in environments with high dust loads where sustained performance is essential.
The “PN” designation refers to the automatic reverse pulse filter cleaning system, where large surface cartridge filters are periodically cleaned with back-pulses of air to prevent build-up and preserve suction performance.
Key features include a powerful maintenance-free side-channel blower for continuous duty, tangential inlet with cyclone protector, extra-large high-surface cartridge filters, automatic reverse air pulse cleaning, a removable collection tank (58-gal), pressure relief valve, performance indicator light and forklift handling points.
It uses multiple high-surface antistatic polyester cartridge filters (Class M), designed for high dust loads and cleaned automatically by the PN reverse air pulse system to maintain efficiency and reduce clogging. Optional upgrades like certified HEPA H14 filters are also available for very fine dust applications.
This vacuum is ideal for heavy-duty industrial sectors such as building and construction, metalworking, chemical and mineral processing, woodworking, textiles, paper production, and other environments where large volumes of dry dust are generated continuously.
