The DG 200 PN is a heavy-duty industrial vacuum designed to handle very large volumes of dry dust and debris in continuous operation – ideal for intense industrial cleaning or integration into centralized extraction systems.
“PN” refers to the automatic reverse-pulse filter cleaning system. High-surface cartridge filters are cleaned automatically and systematically using pneumatic back-pulses to prevent clogging, ensuring sustained suction performance even with heavy dust loads.
Typical specs include a three-phase power supply (460 V / 60 Hz), side-channel blower motor (maintenance-free), 5-gal collection capacity, 941.7 CFM airflow, 128.5 inH2O water lift, 5 in suction inlet, and 77 dB(A) noise level.
It uses four high-surface cartridge filters made of antistatic polyester (Class M) with an automatic reverse-pulse cleaning system that actively removes dust from filter surfaces to maintain efficiency.
