The AS FIXE is a heavy-duty industrial vacuum designed to provide powerful, permanent suction near machines and production lines for continuous extraction of dust, solids, and production debris. The collection unit can be either wall-mounted or installed on a floor frame or with optional Big Bag Frame on wheels.
Key features include a powerful, maintenance-free three-phase side-channel blower for continuous operation, a large polyester primary filter with manual filter shaker for cleaning, an integrated vacuum safety valve to protect the motor, and a weighted flap discharge system to send collected material to a desired point.
The AS FIXE has a balanced or weighted flap discharge system that releases the collected material only once suction is complete, enabling controlled and efficient material transfer – and options for different automatic discharge systems are available for deeper integration with production lines.
