The AS-30 is a three-phase industrial vacuum designed to remove production scraps, offcuts and debris from manufacturing and packaging environments, helping maintain clean work areas and minimise downtime.
It is ideal for industries such as packaging, paper mills, textile production, plastics, wood and other sectors where production processes generate light, non-hazardous scraps and waste that need to be vacuumed and contained.
The AS-30 features a three-phase side-channel blower motor that is maintenance-free and suitable for continuous use, a large 34-gal collection tank with nylon bag filter, compact and mobile design, easy filter replacement, low operating noise (about 68 dB(A)), and integration capability with production machinery.
It uses a large nylon filter bag (class L) that captures production debris while allowing air to pass through. The scraps and waste are collected in the bag for easy disposal. A transparent window on the top lid allows safe visual monitoring of the bag’s fill level.
Yes – AS-30 can be connected directly to production machinery or lines, enabling direct extraction of scraps at the source and improving workplace cleanliness and production efficiency.
Key advantages include continuous duty performance with a maintenance-free motor, compact and mobile design, easy filter replacement, large capacity for waste collection, low noise operation and the ability to be integrated with machines for direct scrap extraction.
