AIR DM HD 25V

The AIR DM HD 25V is a compressed-air industrial vacuum cleaner, designed for suction of dust, solids and solids mixed with liquids – a robust solution for heavy-duty cleaning where compressed air is preferred over electricity.

It uses a powerful, maintenance-free “Venturi” unit driven by compressed air to create suction.

Key specs: 26-gallon (100-liter) detachable container capacity; suction inlet diameter 3/8in (80 mm); maximum water-lift (vacuum power) 196.9inH2O (5000 mm H₂O); maximum airflow 347.3CFM (590 m³/h); sound level about 74 dB(A); weight 176 lb (80 kg).

It uses a high-capacity antistatic polyester “star” (or “bag/pleated”) filter (Class M). An integrated manual filter-shaker lets the operator clean off accumulated dust to maintain suction performance. The collection container is detachable (made of stainless steel) and supports optional use of disposable bags for easier waste disposal.

It is ideal for heavy industrial settings where liquids and solids (dust, debris, occasional fluids) must be vacuumed – such as metalworking, manufacturing, maintenance areas, workshops – especially where electricity is not ideal or where compressed-air systems are already present.
