The AIR DM HD 25V ATEX is a compressed-air industrial vacuum cleaner designed for suction of dust, solids, and solids mixed with liquids – particularly in environments where electricity is not advisable or permitted, and where there is risk of explosion or combustible dust atmospheres.
“ATEX” means the unit is certified for use in hazardous atmospheres (dust/gas risk), compliant with relevant explosion-safety standards. Specifically, AIR DM HD 25V ATEX is certified for ATEX Zone 22 and compliant with safety requirements (e.g. for Class II, Division 2, Groups F & G).
It uses a compressed-air driven Venturi suction unit – powerful and maintenance-free – to generate vacuum suction. There’s no electric motor, which contributes to its safety and suitability in explosion-risk or non-electrified environments.
Key specs: 100 L (≈ 26 gal) detachable tank capacity; suction inlet Ø 80 mm; maximum air flow up to ~590 m³/h; maximum water-lift (vacuum power) ~5000 mmH₂O; noise level approx. 74 dB(A); weight ~80 kg.
It uses an antistatic polyester “star” (class M) filter. The unit includes a manual filter-shaker (manual cleaning system) that allows shaking off dust accumulation to restore suction performance. The collection container is detachable and supports optional use of disposable bags.
It’s particularly suited for industrial settings with combustible dust or liquid/solid mix waste – like chemical, pharmaceutical, metalworking, shipyard, maintenance zones – or any place where explosion risk, lack of electrical supply, or strict safety regulations make a pneumatic, ATEX-certified vacuum the best choice.
